St. George's Freehold BTL bargain £112,500 and a sub 6% yield

DB Roberts have just listed this lovely modern two bed town in St.Georges for £112,500. Nice in side (look at the pics here and via the Rightmove link). Will let for £575 to £595 per month, giving a potential yield of 5.85% .. not bad a modern freehold property.
