Just seen this property in Madeley which is up for auction next month with Pennycuick Collins for £89k. Now I don't normally look at auction properties on the blog, however, I have let and managed property in this street over the last couple of years and think that purchased at the right price this could offer a healthy return.
Its unknown how much work is needed to be done inside, however a monthly rent of £550 (I slightly disagree with the selling agents assumptions) can be achieved. However, lets assume its costs you a total of £105k to get it to market - the gross annual return could be a healthy 6.2%
