On with Fodens for £104k this 3 bed semi is located in Ketley close to the popular HLC school and the market town of Wellington. With good transport links and easy access to the M54, Shrewsbury, Telford & the West Midlands are commutable from this location.
 
What took my eye with this property was the kitchen / diner layout and the parking outside parking, all features tenants are looking for. I also believe looking at the floor plan there's some scope to add some value.
 
The last property I let in this achieved £550 and it didn't take very long to find a good family tenant.
I believe this could be achieved on this property, giving a gross yield of around 6% maybe more if purchased below the asking price.
