Just seen this bungalow on with Barbers for £99,500, and the first thing that struck me was its location. close to a bus route and the princess Royal hospital, Apley is a desirable location and should rent well.
It looks on first inspection as the property is ready to rent, however will need closer inspection. Last week I received over 5 phone calls for bungalows!
A monthly rent for around £500 pcm could be achieved and if purchased at the asking price you could expect a 6%.
