Deal of the Day - 3 Bed Terrace, Trench Road, Trench, Telford - Good location, some work required.

Whilst on my way back from a valuation in Trench I seen this 3 bed terrace along the main Trench Road. Up with DB Roberts for £80k it looks like it needs some work, however some of it looks in good order.

Trench is a popular location for tenants, lots of local amenities, good schools and easy transports links across Telford and Newport, the Industrial parks of Hortonwood & Stafford park are located nearby.

A monthly rent of £525 pcm should be achievable giving a gross yield of 7.8% more if negotiated well!
